Pallet blocks

IceBear collects waste wood from the local area for the production of palletblocks. This waste wood is cleaned and further reduced. During this process unusable parts like metal, plastic and sand are removed. The cleaned wood is dried by the biomass boiler. For this we use the residual heat. With six different presses, the dried wood is processed into pallet blocks using a variety of molds.

Optimal circular process
IceBear also collects and stores used wooden pallets. These old wooden pallets are reintroduced into the production process and prepared for reuse. An optimal circular process is pursued with this method, but also, for example, with the reuse of captured sawdust during the production process.
